1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains what information (if any) we collect, how it is used, and your rights as a user. It applies to the mobile application Prickly Pistoleros, available on Android through Google Play.

2. Definitions

  • Personal Data — any information that identifies you as an individual (e.g., name, email address, device ID, payment details).

  • Anonymous / Aggregated Data — information that cannot identify a specific person.

  • IAP (In-App Purchase) — a purchase made inside the app through the app store (Google Play).

3. What We Do Not Collect

Our app does not collect:

  • Names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses;

  • Identifiers that directly reveal your identity;

  • Messages, photos, contacts;

  • Payment details (card numbers, CVV, etc.). All transactions are processed securely by Google Play.

⚠️ Note: If we ever introduce third-party services (analytics, ads, multiplayer backends, etc.), we will update this Policy and explain clearly what is collected and why.

4. What Is Stored Locally

Your game progress (levels, achievements) is stored only on your device. These data are used solely to restore your progress and are not sent to us. If you delete the app or clear its data, your progress will be lost unless backed up via your device.

5. Analytics, Ads, and Third-Party SDKs

  • Current status: The app does not use third-party SDKs for analytics or ads.

  • Future changes: If we add such services, we will:

    • List the services (e.g., Firebase, Unity Analytics, AdMob),

    • Explain what data they collect,

    • Link to their privacy policies.

 

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Mobile apps do not use browser cookies. We do not use tracking cookies or share data with third parties.

 

7. Payments and Freemium Model (In-App Purchases)

  • How it works: The game is free to play with full access to multiplayer and side activities. For main progression, higher-level upgrades (weapons, HP) require a one-time purchase. Without this, you can still play, but advancing becomes increasingly difficult.

  • Payment processing: All handled by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details.

  • Prices and currency: Prices are shown in your local currency. They may change over time, but major changes will be announced in release notes or inside the app.

  • Refunds: Refunds are managed by Google Play according to their policies.

  • Accidental purchases: We recommend enabling parental controls or purchase confirmation in Google Play.

8. Data Security

Since we do not store personal data, risks are minimal. Local storage is protected by Android’s built-in security. While we take reasonable steps to ensure security, no system is 100% secure.

9. Data Retention

  • Personal data: Not applicable (we do not collect it).

  • Local progress: Stored on your device as long as the app is installed or until you clear app data.

If you ask us to delete your local data, we will guide you on how to do so (e.g., clearing app storage).

10. Children’s Privacy

If children under 13 (or local age limits) play the game, parents/guardians should enable purchase confirmation and supervise usage. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

  • Confirm whether we collect any data (we will reply in writing).

  • Request deletion of locally stored data (we will provide instructions).
